As Associate Head of School, Kyle Graham oversees Enrollment Management, including Poly’s Middle and Upper School Deans, college counseling and student outcomes, Admissions, Financial Aid, Global Initiatives, as well as the Registrar. Prior to Poly, Kyle served as Upper School Dean at Harvard-Westlake and Co-Director of College Counseling at Marymount High School in Los Angeles. He is a former Associate Director of Admission at New York University and Assistant Dean of Admission at Hamilton College. He earned his bachelor’s in economics from Hamilton College and his master’s in higher education and student affairs from New York University.
